Return & Refund Policy

We want every client to be completely satisfied with their investment. Our return policy allows for returns within 30 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in its original condition, free from signs of use or installation, and returned in the original packaging with all included components and documentation. Proof of purchase is required for all returns.

To begin a return, please contact us at info@elementrecoveryco.com with your order details and a description of your situation. Once your return is approved, we will provide a return authorization and detailed instructions for shipment. Unauthorized returns or items sent without prior approval cannot be accepted.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon delivery and report any damages, defects, or incorrect items immediately. Given the specialized nature of our equipment, prompt communication allows us to assess the issue and coordinate any necessary repair, replacement, or service as quickly as possible.


Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

Due to the nature of our products, certain items are not eligible for return. These include:

  • Custom-built or made-to-order systems

  • Installed or partially assembled units

  • Opened hygiene-sensitive equipment (including therapy pods or sauna interiors once unsealed)

  • Gift cards

We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials or any items that have been used in a professional or commercial setting after delivery. If you have questions about your product’s eligibility, please contact us before initiating a return.


Exchanges

If you wish to exchange an item, please initiate a return for the original product first. Once your return is approved and processed, a new order can be placed for the desired model or configuration.


Refunds

After receiving and inspecting your return, we will notify you of the status. Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method. Please note that financial institutions may take additional time to post the credit to your account.
