Shipping Policy

At Element Recovery Co, we take great care in ensuring your order is handled with precision, safety, and efficiency from the moment it leaves our facility to when it arrives at your location. Our shipping process is designed to protect your investment and provide a seamless delivery experience for both residential and commercial clients.

Processing & Handling Time

Each order undergoes a detailed inspection and quality assurance process prior to shipment. Please allow 3–7 business days for order processing and handling before your product is prepared for dispatch.
Custom or made-to-order systems (including cryotherapy pods and select sauna models) may require additional lead time. Estimated delivery windows will be provided at checkout or via email confirmation.

Delivery & Freight Shipping

Due to the size and weight of our products, most items are shipped via freight or white-glove delivery services to ensure safe and professional handling.
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number and additional information regarding your delivery appointment. Freight deliveries typically include curbside drop-off, but in-room or installation services may be available upon request for an additional charge.

Shipping Costs

Shipping is free on all domestic U.S. orders unless otherwise noted at checkout.
International shipping rates, duties, and taxes vary by destination and will be calculated during checkout or invoiced separately.

Receiving & Inspection

Please inspect your shipment upon delivery. If any visible damage is present, note it on the delivery receipt before signing and contact us immediately at support@elementrecoveryco.com. This allows us to initiate a claim with the carrier and expedite a resolution.
We recommend retaining all packaging materials until your order has been fully inspected and approved.

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking link. For large shipments or multi-unit orders, updates may also be provided directly through our logistics partner.

Delays

While we strive to meet all estimated delivery times, unforeseen circumstances such as supply chain disruptions, carrier delays, or inclement weather may affect your delivery date. We will communicate promptly if any delays occur.

International Orders

We currently ship to select international locations. Please note that import duties, taxes, and customs fees are the responsibility of the recipient. Delivery times vary by region.
